The 45th Infantry Division was a 2nd Line Territorial Army division during the First World War and the Second World War. It was a duplicate of the 43rd (Wessex) Infantry Division.

The division was first formed as the 2nd Wessex Division of the Territorial Force in 1914-1915. It became the 45th Division in 1915.

During World War II, the division was active in Great Britain throughout its service. On 1 December 1941 it was placed on a lower establishment and finally disbanded on 30 August 1944. This division did not see active service during the war.
